Where do you ship to?
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fee is auto- calculated and is visible once you have selected the item(s) you intend to purchase in when you check out. There are some general rule in this calculation is:
- Standard delivery option only; no express delivery option yet
- Distance of your shipping address from the location of our warehouse
- The weight and dimensions of your package
We offer “free shipping” for some time period with no minimum purchase, you will get the information on our website or our other communication channel.

Help! I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel by the third delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi's® Returns Department. We will process your refund within 30 business days after receiving your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. You'll be given this option during online checkout.
