- You can, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store (www.levi.com.ph), return any product(s). Any return application not submitted within 30 days of receiving the product(s) will no longer be eligible for return
- Product(s) excluded in this policy includes but not limited underwear, socks, and products that has been altered cannot be refunded or returned after the order is placed.
- Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, unwashed and unused, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Return application for the product(s) purchased at Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store must be addressed online.
- User must log into Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store to apply for a return. If you check out as a “Guest”, you may not enjoy such service. We do not accept exchanges, but only refunds.
- For size exchange, kindly perform a return and place a new order at Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store
- If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
- In the event you have been entitled to a Gift with Purchase (GWP) in your previous order, when you return your product(s), GWP must be returned together.
- Levi’s® Philippines reserves the right to deny a refund if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
