- By signing up, you agree to receive event-related marketing communications from Levi’s®.
- Admission is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Alcoholic beverages will be available on site, and a valid photo ID is required for age verification. Levi’s® reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person who cannot provide valid proof of age. Any attempt to obtain alcohol for a person under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
- You agree to consume alcohol responsibly and acknowledge that Levi’s® may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of alcoholic beverages served to you. Any unruly, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of further alcohol service and/or removal from the event.
- By attending this event and consuming alcohol, you expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levi’s® and its employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Your consumption of alcohol;
- Any actions taken by you while under the influence of alcohol;
- Any violation of these terms and conditions; and
- Any damage to property or injury to persons caused by you.
- This event will be photographed and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials by Levi’s®.
