How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your gift card, visit any of the following Levi's® Boutique Stores.

   •Levi’s® Ayala Fairview Terraces
   •Levi’s® Venice Grand Canal Mall

The gift card is not convertible to cash or store credit.

Can I use multiple gift cards in a single transaction?

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards in a single transaction. This allows you to combine the values of different cards to make a larger purchase.

Can I use a gift card with ongoing promotions?

Yes, gift cards can be used as payment for purchase of products under ongoing promotions.

Can I use my gift card to purchase another gift card?

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. They are intended solely for the purchase of products available at select Levi’s® Boutique Stores.

Can I select how much of the gift card amount I want to use in my transaction?

No, you cannot use the value of the gift card in partial. By default, the entire balance of your gift card will be applied to your transaction.
If the transaction total is greater than the value of the gift card, you can pay the balance through other payment methods. If the transaction total is less than the value of the gift card, no change will be provided, and the total value will be exhausted.

I have a P1,000 gift card but the item I want to purchase is priced at P899. Can I use the remaining balance on future purchases?

No. By default, the entire balance of your gift card will be applied to your transaction. No change will be provided, so we recommend making the most out of your gift card by purchasing items of the same or greater value than your gift card.

Is there an expiration date on the gift card?

Levi's® Gift Cards do not expire. They may be used at any time from the purchase date .

Can I use my gift card for online purchases?

No, gift cards cannot be used for purchases on Levi.com.ph. They are valid for shopping exclusively at participating Levi's® Boutique Stores.

What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

If your gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, Levi Strauss & Co cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of the card. Therefore, it is essential to treat your gift card like cash.
If you believe the gift card you have purchased at our store has been compromised, please visit the store where the purchase was made or contact our customer service team for guidance. Keep in mind that a replacement gift card may not be guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange my gift card?

All gift cards purchased at participating Levi’s® Boutique Stores are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.

What is the exchange policy for products purchased with a gift card?
