Purchasing an eGift Card

What is a Levi's® eGift card?

A Levi's® eGift card is a digital gift card that can be used exclusively for online purchases at Levi's®. It is available in fixed denominations of P500, P1,000, P2,000, P2,500, P3,000, allowing recipients to choose from a selection of Levi's® products without the need for cash or a credit card.

How do I purchase an eGift card?

To purchase a Levi's® eGift card, simply visit our website and navigate to the eGift card section. Please note that eGift cards can only be purchased through online payment; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option. You will need to complete the gifting information, which includes selecting the eGift card denomination and quantity, entering the recipient's email address (required), their name (optional), and a personal message (optional).

Can I purchase multiple quantities of eGift cards for one recipient?

Yes, you can purchase multiple quantities of eGift cards for a single recipient. After filling out the gift details in the eGift card section, proceed to add one (1) eGift card to your cart. Once it’s added to cart, simply increase the quantity of the eGift card in the cart drawer or cart page before checkout.
Please note that each eGift card will be sent in separate emails, so the recipient will receive multiple emails reflecting the selected values rather than a combined total.

Can I customize the value in the eGift card?

eGift cards are currently available in fixed amounts of P500, P1,000, P2,000, P2,500, P3,000.

What if I made a typo when filling out the eGift card details?

Once an eGift card is purchased, we cannot offer refunds or corrections for any errors. Please double-check all details, including the recipient's name and email, before completing your order to ensure accuracy. If you notice an issue after purchase, contact us right away, and we'll do our best to assist within our policy limits.

Will I earn points as a Red Tab™ member when purchasing an eGift card?

Red Tab™ members do not earn points when purchasing eGift cards. However, if the recipient is a member and redeems the eGift card for products from our online store while logged in to their Red Tab™ account, they will earn points from that purchase.

Delivery and Payment

How will the recipient receive the eGift card?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, the recipient will receive an email containing the eGift card details, including the unique code and instructions for redemption. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of the eGift card details to confirm that the transaction was successful.

Can I purchase an eGift card along with other products in the same transaction?

No, eGift cards cannot be combined with other products in one transaction. If you try to add both an eGift card and a product to your cart, you will not be able to proceed with the order. Please ensure that you complete the purchase of the eGift card separately.

Redeeming the eGift Card

How do I redeem my eGift card?

To redeem your eGift card, visit the Levi's® online store and add items to your cart. During the checkout process, you will find a field labeled "Discount Code/Gift Card." Enter your eGift card code in this field and click "Apply." The total amount of the eGift card will be deducted from your cart total, allowing you to complete your purchase. Note that eGift card codes are not case sensitive.

Can I use multiple eGift cards in a single transaction?

Yes, you can use multiple eGift cards for a single order as long as there is still a balance on each eGift card being used. However, you can only use a maximum of 2 eGift cards only in one transaction. This allows you to combine the values of different cards to make a larger purchase.

Is there a minimum purchase in redeeming a eGift card?

Yes, you need to have a minimum of P1,000 worth of products for the eGift card to be applied to your order. If your cart is below P1,000, the eGift card will not be applied.

Can I combine eGift cards with discount codes during checkout?

Yes, eGift cards can be combined with discount codes at checkout. You can enter both your eGift card codes and any applicable discount codes to take advantage of savings on your purchase.

Can I use my eGift card to purchase another eGift card?

No, eGift cards cannot be used to purchase another eGift card. They are intended solely for the purchase of products available on the Levi's® online store.

Can I select how much of the eGift card amount I want to use in my transaction?

No, you cannot selectively choose the amount to use. By default, the entire balance of your eGift card will be applied to your transaction. If the balance on the eGift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can complete the order using just the eGift card. If the balance is less than the order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method for the remaining balance.

What happens if my total cart amount exceeds the value of the eGift card?

If your total cart amount exceeds the value of the eGift card, you will need to select an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. The eGift card will only apply to the amount up to its value.

Can I still use my eGift card if it didn’t get to redeem the full amount?

Yes, you can still use your eGift card even if you didn't redeem the full amount. The remaining balance on the eGift card can be spent on future orders as long as there is still a balance available. When you make a purchase, simply enter the eGift card code at checkout, and if the balance is less than the order total, you can choose an additional payment method for the remaining amount.

Is there an expiration date on the eGift card?

Levi's® eGift cards do not expire, meaning that the recipient can use the card at any time without worrying about a time limit. This provides flexibility for when they choose to shop.

Can I use my eGift card for in-store purchases?

No, eGift cards cannot be used for purchases at physical Levi's® stores. They are exclusively valid for online shopping on Levi.com.ph.

Can gift cards purchased in-store be used online? N

o, gift cards purchased in-store cannot be redeemed for online purchases. They are intended for use only at participating physical Levi's® locations.

Managing Your eGift Card

How can I check my eGift card balance?

To check the balance of your eGift card, refer to the email you received with the eGift card details. In that email, there will be a button labeled "View Gift Card Balance." Clicking this button will direct you to a page where you can enter your eGift card code and view the remaining balance of your eGift card.

What should I do if my eGift card is lost or stolen?

If your eGift card is lost or stolen, unfortunately, Levi Strauss & Co cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of the card. Therefore, it is essential to treat your eGift card like cash. If you believe it has been compromised, please contact our customer service team for guidance, but keep in mind that replacement may not be guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an eGift card?

All eGift cards purchased online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy, which helps us maintain a smooth gifting process.

What is the refund policy for products purchased with an eGift card?

If you return a product purchased with an eGift card, the amount redeemed will be refunded to the same eGift card, so you can use it again in your next order.

If you paid the remaining balance with a credit or debit card, that portion will be refunded to the same payment method. If you paid using bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash on delivery (COD), our customer service team will reach out to you to arrange the refund process.

The refund begins after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with the next steps.

How are refunds processed for orders paid with multiple payment methods?

For orders that used both eGift cards and other payment methods:
   •1. The refund process will only begin after the return process is completed and the item has been inspected at our warehouse.
   •2. You will receive an email confirming the refund amount for the eGift card portion.
   •3. Details for the new eGift card will be sent within 2-3 business days.
   •4. The remaining refund amount will be credited back to the other payment method(s) used in the transaction.
   •5. If a credit card was used, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Can eGift card balances be transferred back to the original eGift card?

No, eGift card balances cannot be transferred back to the original eGift card. A new eGift card will be issued for the refund amount based on the return.
